M5A1 Stuart V Light Tank (Early/Late)

The Battleground M5A1 Stuart V Light Tank is available in both 1:16 and 1:18 scale. In addition to the incredible level of detail, it also replicates much of the mechanical functionality of the original with features like a rotating turret, adjustable gun, working driver, radio operator, gunner and commander hatches, periscopes with 360 degree rotation and more. It can be built as either an early or late model with the included gun shield and bustle.
Assembly is straightforward and requires a few drops of CA or superglue to attach suspension components to the chassis and if desired, the bustle and MG shield for a late model M5A1.
The M5A1 was based on the combat proven M3 light tank used throughout Africa, Asia and Europe. Serving under many commanders including General Patton and providing faster firepower to infantry by numerous armored units including the 761st Black Panthers, the M5A1 and family through the war until it's conclusion.
